Stress Less with the Three Part Breathing Technique

THREE PART YOGA BREATHING TECHNIQUE

One of the keys to staying STRESS FREE is conscious BREATHING. Being aware of your breath is key to shifting the perspective from a stressful on to a state of calmness. This exercise is one of the most basic yet most powerful techniques that can stop STRESS dead in its tracks.

It is often done while seated in a comfortable, cross-legged position, but it is also nice to do while lying on the back, particularly if you are new to this technique. When you are lying down, you can really feel the breath moving through your body.

PART 1

  •  Come to lie down on the back with the eyes closed, relaxing the face and the body.
  • Begin by observing the natural inhalation and exhalation of your breath without changing anything. If you find yourself distracted by the activity in your mind, try not to engage in the thoughts. Just notice them and then let them drift by like clouds in the sky.
  • Then begin to inhale deeply through the nose.
  • On each inhale, fill the belly up with your breath. Expand the belly with air like a balloon.
  • On the exhale, expel all the air out from the belly through your nose. Draw the naval back towards your spine to make sure that the belly is empty of air.
  • Repeat this deep belly breathing for about five breaths.

PART 2

  • On the next inhale, fill the belly up with air as described above. Then send the breath to the rib cage allowing the ribs to widen apart.
  • On the exhale, let the air go first from the rib cage, letting the ribs slide closer together, and them from the belly, drawing the naval back towards the spine.
  • Repeat this deep breathing into the belly and rib cage for about five breaths.

PART 3

  • On these next inhales, fill the belly and rib cage up with air as described above. Then ribcage, and on up to the upper chest, the heart center, opening space for the heart.
  • On the exhale, let the breath go first from the upper chest, allowing the heart center sink back down, then from the rib cage, letting the ribs slide closer together. Finally, let the air go from the belly, drawing the navel back towards the spine.
  • Continue at your own pace, eventually coming to let the three parts of the breath happen smoothly without pausing.
  • Rinse and repeat for about 10 breaths.

Note, keep the spine tall and long. Keep shoulders down, avoiding them to lift with the breath.

Angels, Chakras, Guides & Generosity | My Healing Session for Hay House Radio Host Cynthia Occelli and her Beautiful Mother

HONORED TO SERVE AND HEAL

Recently, one of my favorite Hay House Radio authors and radio host, Cynthia Occelli wrote an entire article about my healing services in her blog.

The feature brought me to tears. Tears of joy and tears of memories. I first came across Cynthia Occelli first via her inspiring blog and Hay House radio show just over a year ago. Her message rose up bright and shiny from the congested communiqué of the internet and airwaves. Inspiring and up-lifting. Real and authentic. She always seemed to say what I needed to hear. Listening to her voice on the radio was like listening to a respected friend.

And then one day her Facebook post struck another familiar note with me. But one that sang a sad tune in my heart. Cynthia’s mother had fallen ill. I could hear the tears in her brave words. Now let me first start by saying, this women does not need any sympathy. She has the spirit of a warrior-ess. She is the kind of woman who will take on any battle, single-handedly. I know this from her back story which she openly speaks about in her book, “Resurrecting Venus” as well as on her show and blog. Yet my heart ached for my cyber sister her and her mother.

You see, I too have walked in those shoes. Seven years ago, my father ascended into the celestial realms after a 13 year battle from ALS. My family and I valiantly carried our swords of love and light to the field during my father’s dance with this disease. My dear mother, barely 4 feet 8 inches tall immediately took on the role as sergeant in command. With the essence of Florence Nightingale meets Joan of Arc, she helped to keep my father alive and spirited for 13 years until he made his transition.

During that time, we never asked for help. Standing tall and proud, we tried to take on the battle alone. But as they say, “it takes a village”. And thankfully, were blessed with the kindness and generosity of several earth angels who each helped my family with their gifts of kindness.

So when I learned about Cynthia’s mother, I heard the calling to serve. It was now my turn to offer my time, my kindness. And I am so honored that she accepted. Cynthia’s mother reminds me of my father. Strength, grace, elegance come to the forefront of my mind. Even in the dark time of uncertainty, there is a glow about her. Looking at her is like looking at an angel of light. May we all hold a candle for Cynthia and her mother.

I invite you to read the whole article by clicking here: “Chakras, Angels, Guides & Generosity My Mom’s Healing Visit”. And if you would like to learn more about and learn to rise up to your feminine power, hop over to her web-site Cynthia Occelli Resurrecting Venus

READY • FIRE • AIM

Do you have dreams, ideas, projects that you would love to start but for some reason, you feel stuck and can’t move forward? In my last blog, I talked about Feeling Ready and Just Starting your projects. Here’s the link if you didn’t have a chance to read it… My Secret Sauce for Success. In my own experiences and talking with my clients, I find that many of us, when starting a new venture, don’t always feel adequately prepared and therefore never start. But the best way to get your project off the ground is to just start it.

Today, I want to go a little deeper into this idea. When I start any new project, I use a trusty little mantra that gets me going. I’ve come across this motto from many thought leaders and many successful entrepreneurs, and it always brings me into inspired action.

READY • FIRE • AIM

Yep, that’s the mantra. Ready • Aim • Fire. When I was younger, I spent so much time on the aiming. I prepared and prepared. School, internships, mentorships. Then one day I said, the heck with it. I’m ready to fire. This flip of the switch, this change in order changed my life. From career choices,  rapid advancement, traveling and starting a business, I’ve experienced what I call magic. And it came from a whole lot of faith and firing into action.

SO LET’S BREAK IT DOWN

READY

This part is great. It’s exciting. You have an idea. Heck, you may have many of them. Start to flush ’em out and decide which one to move forward with first.

FIRE
The next step, fire, yep fire. Don’t get too caught up on the aim just yet. Sometimes you’ll find that you can aim while firing. Just start. Feel the fear and do it anyway! Take action steps. What are you waiting for, to be fear free and have everything planned? Well that might never happen. Now I’m not saying to blindly fire away. Sure you need to do some prep, you need some research. But so many times you can sit their aiming away and never actually fire. We research, we prep… we do more research and more prep. We ca get into a never-ending cycle, awaiting that guarantee that it will work. This is where we can get stuck. There comes a point where you just got to do it. Not everything is going to work anyway. So don’t over analyze this part. Just keep moving. See what works and what doesn’t.

PROCRASTINATION

Endless aiming often times is a form of procrastination. Procrastination stops you from doing the things you want to do with your life. In dealing with procrastination, it is important to know that it is born out of fear. It keeps you “safely” stuck. It’s your negative mind in action. It holds you there, telling you that taking that first bold step is too dangerous, too risky. “Oh No, I Can’t Do This, I’m Not Ready.” “I Could Fail” or the old standby, “I Just Don’t Have The Time.” These are just a few examples of the negative mind at play. Yet it’s the very action of just moving forward that has the potential for you to not only survive, but to thrive!

AIM

So now you fired. Yay for you! As you push the ball down the field, here’s where you direct the course of action and direct the aim. It’s during this point that you can learn what is working while you build. Now take your plan, and break it down to small action steps. Make it real. Do something everyday. Get calculated about it. Write lists, map out tasks in your calendar. Even if you’re taking little steps everyday. Action gets the ball rolling and you start to collect momentum. Just keep the ball moving. Believe me this works. I practice this successfully in my own life, I coach it to my clients, I write about it and I will keep reaffirming it.

MY EXPERIENCE

I remember back in the days when I was a radio executive. My job was to sell commercials to potential advertisers. I was so scared when I first started. I was new and not “seasoned” yet. I was so afraid to go on meetings and reach out to clients. Asking business owner to trust me and invest thousands of dollars on advertising was absolutely frightening. I was paralyzed with fear. Then one of my colleagues said something to me that really hit home. She said, “What’s the worse that could happen. They throw you out. Who cares just laugh and leave and go back again the next week.”  And you know I did just that! I actually did get thrown out of places a few times. Well not so much thrown out, but told ” I’m too busy to talk to you right now. Or no, I’m not interested.” Each time I smiled and I went back the next week with a new approach. And believe it or not some of those clients actually became my best costumers. Who knew. All I had to do was face that worst fear head-on. And it wasn’t so scary. So you see sometimes you just got to go forward and face your fears. Even fall down. Get back up and turn it into a positive.

“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.” ~Henry David Thoreau

Just Start, My Secret Sauce to Success

Just Start, The Secret Sauce to Success

“I’ve never begun any important venture for which I felt adequately prepared.” -Sheldon Kopp

I just love that quote. We all have times of hesitance when we embark on a new endeavor. Even the most successful of us are not free from that feeling of, “Am I really ready?” How many plans, ideas, goals and dreams did you sit on because of this nagging voice? How many sparks of illuminating inspiration have you had that withered and faded into the distance because you did not feel like you were adequately prepared?

Does any of this sound familiar to you? “I’ll be ready once I take just one more class. I’ll do it when I lose 10 more pounds. I can start once I have a little more money.

EGO TRICKSTER

You may not realize it, but that voice of hesitance is the ego tricking you. You see, the ego’s job is to help you to feel safe. That’s why it’s always telling you that you need to take one more class, get one more certification or that you need what ever “it” may be. It goes on and on in a never-ending cycle. The ego wants to hold you in your safe zone. It’s afraid of change. Even if the change is better for you than staying where you are. But the truth is, you’ll never feel adequate until you just begin. Sure, you may be scared. You may make mistakes. You may be rough around the edges in the beginning. Heck, you may even fall flat on your face. But you have to start from somewhere. I mean really, it’s pretty difficult to be perfectly perfect right out of the gate.

JUST START

The trick is, it’s actually easier if you do yourself a favor; release the pressure and JUST START, even if you don’t think you’re ready. Starting is the key ingredient to the secret sauce of success. Take one step at a time, and keep going, and going, and going. The mere act of starting creates momentum. The fire is sparked, energy flows, and low and behold, you’re on your way. And the great news is, you will have the opportunity to fine-tune it as you move along. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex, overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.” -Mark Twain

F*E*A*R

Yet too often, fear comes into play. You feel more secure in the safety of what you know. But in actuality, this sense of security is mostly a superstition. Avoiding fear is no safer in the long run than getting right out there and taking a shot. And what is fear? False * Evidence * Appearing * Real.

EMBRACE THE CHANGE

In the wise words of Socrates, “The secret to change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but in building the new.” Because trust me, that which you focus on, becomes your world. And if you fight for your limitations, they will be yours to keep.

WORST CASE

So let’s break it down. What’s the worst that’s likely to happen if you take the leap and Just Start? Dig into your deepest fear. Is it that people won’t accept you? Is it that your plan might not work? Maybe you will lose? So what??? This is not life threatening.  Keep on going. Dare yourself to fail. In life, those who take the risks are the ones who achieve success.

SUCCESSFUL FAILURES

Did you know that some of the most successful people in the world had to first endure failure? Michael Jordan was turned down by his high school basketball team. One of the greatest NBA players in the history of basketball and his high school team turned him down! And Oprah Winfrey, she was told that she wasn’t good enough to be on TV. He-he-he. Really??? Didn’t stop her from being one of the biggest TV hosts in the world. Oh, and that little known band the Beatles, they were turned down by Decca records and told that they never make it in show business. Way to call that one wrong Decca!

DREAM ON

So challenge yourself to become the dreamer of dreams, become the risk taker. And start, even if you don’t think you’re ready.

I hope this inspires you to go forth with confidence in the direction of your dreams.

I would love to hear your comments. Share your inspiration with us. Have you started a project before you were ready? Do you have a idea that you want to get started on. The story continues in the comments. Let’s inspire each other.

Keep Calm and Do It For The Love

Have you ever found yourself spinning out of control and stressing out on your projects? If you anything like me, a type A personality, then you probably know what I’m talking about. In fact, I found myself doing just that recently.

Earlier last year, I embarked on a journey to expand my yoga accreditation and enrolled in Kundalini yoga teacher training. For me, Kundalini yoga is totally amazing and I LOVE the way it makes me feel. It’s quite different from traditional hatha or vinyasa yoga which I’ve been teaching since around 2007. Kundalini is known as yoga of awareness. It’s actually a science. It uses a mixture of movement, breath work, mantra and meditation to calm the body and elevate the spirit. The benefits are remarkable! After a class, you leave feeling incredibly revived and connected to the inner guidance within your heart and to the higher universal energies. Honestly, its magical!

Well… that’s the way I felt about it up until I signed up for the training. Now let me start by saying, my teachers are great. The best in the world! I have so much respect for them. The practicum is fabulous. But as per my usual type A personality, I started to stress out about it… all the reading, the final test, 12 hour days in class. My mind went into overload and I thought, oh God, can I really absorb all of this.

Why Do We Put So Much Pressure On Ourselves?

You see, right out of the gate, I started to worry about the end result. Nine months of work if ya look at it all at once is of course overwhelming. And the final test, YIKES. Why was I worrying about that now? So much unnecessary pressure! I was taking all the fun out of what I came to do… to learn more about this beautiful practice so that I can grow in my spirituality and in turn help others to grow. But here I was, getting all freaked out.

Does any of this resonate with you? Have you ever found yourself in a similar situation?

As I explained this to a dear friend who is also a Kundalini yoga teacher, she looked at me quizzically and said, “Why in the world would you get so caught up on the tests? You said yourself you love kundalini yoga. You’ll learn more by living it, going to the classes, submerging yourself in the lifestyle… and then it will come to you naturally and organically.”

She proceeded to tell me a poignant story about her college days. That she did all kinds of things that were good for the resume. Becoming student president, joining clubs, doing all sorts of extra curricular activities. But she didn’t do all of these things because she felt she had to for her resume, rather she did this because she was enjoying all of them.

sev-school-stress-mdn

Conversely a friend of hers had done all the same, but attached a ton of stress to it. You see, this person was doing it because she felt she had to do it. She overloaded herself not only with the workload, but with non-productive anxiety and pressure. Unfortunately for this girl, she crashed and

and actually dropped out of school.

Which brings me to a simple realization, we don’t have to fight through life. Do the things you love, because you love it. And let your grip release from the end results. You’ll be much more apt to enjoy the process. Stress out and put undue pressure on yourself, and you may very well crash and burn and perhaps lose the entire benefit or love for what you started out doing to begin with. And what a shame that would be!

My mantra for today is “Let go and do what you love for the love of it. Period, end of story. Attach nothing to it and let it all unfold beautifully.”

And do help you smoothly sail along your journey, here are three of my top three tips to Keep Calm…

1. STOP OVER ANALYZING AND START DOING. Yogi Bhajan would say, “When the time is on you, start and the pressure will be off.” Just by consciously engaging in the relationship of your project puts you in the game. Work on it, put your energy into it. The act of starting and taking steps everyday will get you closer to the finish line.

2. CHOOSE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT YOU CAN HUMANLY GET DONE. Break it down. In my case, the training is broken down into 9 months. That’s a lot of time to get all that work and study done. In that 9 months, we break it down to weekly, and then monthly goals. So get out a pen and start to dissect your project into digestible, realistic chunks.

3. REWARD YOURSELF. What happens to a car if you drive it non stop? You will run out of gas of course. Set rewards for the work you have done. Once you’ve finished a chunk of the work, give yourself a gift. Maybe a walk to the park, have dinner with a friend, take a yoga class. And repeat this Love Mantra, repeat it until you believe it. ” have done great work. Congratulations. (insert your name here).

I hope you can translate this into your own life and KEEP CALM and do it for the LOVE.

If this story resonates with you, you think it could benefit someone else, feel free to share. After all sharing is caring and it just may help someone you know.

The Power Of A Daily Spiritual Practice

As some of you know, I have recently committed to expanding my yoga teaching accreditations to encompass Kundalini Yoga. I’m in a 9 month training course studying under some of the best Kundalini Teachers in the world. Guru Singh, Amrit Khalsa, Guru Prem Singh and Simran Khalsa, just to name a few.

Discipline

As part of this intense teacher training, we were required chose and perform a specific 40 day kriya (physical yoga practice) along with a meditation. The direction was to do this practice for 40 days straight. If ya miss a day, ya have to start over. Needless to say, The discipline it took to finish this 40 days was at times extremely difficult and arduous.  And being the over achieve that my nature dictates, I chose a rather rigorous kriya. Ugh, what was I thinking???

No Time

Often times when I mention that I’m a yoga teacher, people tell me… “Oh, I wish I could go to yoga, but I just don’t have the time.”

Ya know, life is pretty much always full. We manage our home life, personal life, work life, social life, deadlines and commitments. Most of us have a pretty full plate. But if we don’t take care of the most important aspect of our lives, YOU, what do you have?

But what if…

And what if by doing spiritual practice like yoga or meditation it actually helped you along in your life? Helped things to move in and out more freely, helped you to feel better, be more peaceful and calm. And what if it actually helped to open doorways and opportunities for you? Wouldn’t it be worth it?

That’s pretty much been my experience with my spiritual practice since I first began my yoga journey almost 10 years ago. Oh I’ve gone through sh*t storms just like everyone else. But somehow, when I keep in my practice, I can draw the power to center myself in the eye of the storm. Chaos swirling all around me, but steadily and gracefully I stand. And just if by magic, things turn out just the way they should.

Transformation

During my actual 40 day Kundalini spiritual practice, I have experienced such transformation. I was joking to my fellow students during our last meeting. Saying that with all the change and movement, uncertainty and shedding that I’ve gone through this month, the old me would have mentally broken down or hid in bed. But with the Kundalini yoga and meditation, I was able to keep up and spiral up.

I mean, my plate was full. I had to travel back and forth across the country, pack up and move from my Manhattan apartment I loved and called hOMe for almost a decade, sell all of my furniture, get through Christmas, entertain guests, start a new business, move my life to my new home and still go through 14 hour days of teacher training.

Powering through

I needed to be extremely disciplined and dedicated. Yet during every single aspect of it, I endured. Oh trust me, at times I cursed it. Screaming up to the heavens to the beloved Kundalini yogi master, Yogi Bhajan saying, “I am too tired, can’t I just skip a day?”  LOL.  And then there were the times that I cruised through the practice with joy and ease.

Victory

I can proudly say, I finished it! And all I can say is, wow. I feel so radiant, so calm and strong. I have a sense of freedom. Like I unleashed the inner warrior within me and I’m ready to take on the world.

free-flow-sign

I read a lot of books and articles about practices of successful people. And low and behold, ya know one common thread? A daily spiritual practice. Deepak Chopra, Oprah Winfrey, Gabby Bernstein, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Russell Simmons, Arianna Huffington, Russell Brand, Hugh Jackman, Gweneth Paltrow, Richard Gere, Sting, Orlando Bloom, Katie Perry, Howard Stern, I could go on.

I’m telling ya, this stuff is powerful!!!

I leave you with these words by Yogi Bhajan referring to Kundalini Yoga. I find this quote so comforting

“Keep up and you will be kept up”

Manifest Your Goals in the New Year 10 Easy Steps

It’s another end to another year. And what a year it’s been. In the Chinese New Year, 2013 was the year of the snake. Many of us experienced drastic change and a lot of shedding. I did a little research with my friends to see how their year went. And yes, shedding was a common theme. From loss of jobs, relationships, moving from their homes and even feeling like a loss of identity.

We’re in the midst of a shift, a new way of living, a new consciousness. We are in a new cycle. It’s an exciting time to be alive. Some of the attributes of this new era are, we are shifting from the mind based thinking to heart based thinking. A plethora of information ranging from technology to spirituality is being downloaded to us at a rapid pace. We are beginning to realize that we are all together in this world and part of a collective consciousness. But in this shift, we are all experiencing this shedding. So if you too felt like you lost, instead, think of it as a rebirth, transformation. We all come into the world naked. Letting go of the old is part of the process so we can bring in the new.

So as you reflect upon your year and think about what you have, what you have shed and what you aim to bring in, I’d like to ask you to be kind to yourself. Sometimes we put so much judgment on our goals and intentions and are not kind enough to ourselves. Then we get frustrated and we stop midway if we don’t get immediate results. So this year, rephrase those goals. For instance, if you want to lose weight, perhaps you can shift the intention to living a more consciously healthy lifestyle and vow to eat more whole foods and greens, reduce junk food and add exercise into your daily regime. This way you come to your intension of focusing on being kind to your body rather than holding resentment or judgment. This subtle shift is an act of compassion that you deserve for yourself.

According to the Journal of Clinical Psychology, statistics show that 45% of Americans make new years resolutions. But often times by the first month, we forget about them and we don’t fulfill them. 75% of those who set intentions maintain them in the first week, by the end of the month 64% are still in the game, but after six months, only 46% are still working on them.

When we resolve, we get caught up in that judgement. Where did you fall in that category? Did you achieve your goals? Hopefully you did. If not, here is a simple but effective 10 Step compassionate system to get on course and make them come to fruition in 2014.

Ok, now to begin

Get a pen and sheet of paper to write on, or your computer or smart phone to type.

1. Begin by writing out a list of the goals, intentions, new years “resolutions” that you set out to achieve last New Year’s. Can you remember the seeds you planted back then? This may take sometime to remember, so dig in deep and write.

2. Next. Circle all of those that you attained. Maybe you made your sales quota, or maybe you started an exercise regime. Perhaps you started to eat healthier. Make sure to include even the little accomplishments. A bunch of little accomplishments add up to big successes.  Write out all of them. And draw a circle around them.

3. On to step three. Now this one is important. Give yourself a hug. Yep, wrap your arms around your chest, take a look at your self in the mirror and say to yourself, wow, that was a job well done. Even if you think you didn’t accomplish enough, nourish yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be as kind to yourself as you would be to a loved one.

4. Now, make a list of those goals that you did not reach yet. Are those goals still important to you?  What do you want to keep, what do you want to let go of. Take a time to reevaluate them. Cross off what doesn’t excite you anymore.  Maybe you want to set some new goals and intentions. Perhaps you want a job that’s more in alignment with your passions, maybe you want to quit your full-time job and start your own business, or you feel it’s time to find your true love, eat healthier, add exercise into your routine. Write them all out. And this is the time to rephrase them in that compassionate manner we just spoke about.

5. Then make a fresh list from that exercise with the updated goals and intentions.

6. Once you’ve got that done, write out three things you can do to get there. If you want to get a new job, perhaps you update your resume, network with your friends and colleagues, search on LinkedIn and job boards.  If you want to find your true love, get out there and meet people by joining a group such as meet-up. Your get the point.

7. Now by each goal, write out the date you want to accomplish them and then set actions in your calendar or on your iPhone that will get you there. Make it real. For instance, if you are looking to find new fabulous job by March 1st, schedule in 3 job interviews in the first week of February. Even if you don’t have an interview set. Or if you want to tone your body, schedule in yoga classes or the gym. The act of writing it out puts you in the present. It’s one of the little known secrets of manifesting and achieving goals. Acting as if it’s already happened. Living it as if you are already there. I use this trick all the time with astounding results.

Step 8. You wrote it out, now affirm it. Say your affirmation statement every day. What ever it is. One of my affirmations last year was “I have a website that helps empower others.” I had no idea how I was going to create a website at the time. Yet a year later, here it is.

9. One important thing to add to the end of your affirmation statement is, “This or something better for my highest good.” Sometimes we get too caught up on how we think things should be in the end. At times, things don’t turn out exactly as we intend, but if we let go of our control and manipulation and allow the universe to take care of the details, you will find that things often turn out just the way they should, if not better. So always leave room for the infinite possibilities.

Step 10.  Gratitude.  Step back and gratefully and graciously receive. Give gratitude for all that you have already received. This part is important, because it helps us to realize the blessings for what we have in our life. When you express gratitude, that energy acts as the internal gardener that rids the weeds that are getting choking your goals. Gratitude is the best way to stay in a high vibration. And high vibrations are mandatory in bringing in your vision.

Get ready for a super life transformation

Here you will learn to flex your body and soul muscles and REWRITE your story as big and bright as you want to live it.

Are You Ready for
Happiness, Love, Freedom & Success

Do You Feel Like
Something MORE is waiting for you

Are You Feeling
Stuck and can’t seem to move forward

Do you want to improve
Your overall health and personal self-image

You know there is MORE to life than what you are experiencing right now. Yet something is holding you back and keeping you from moving forward.

I work with fabulous people like you who are ready for empowerment. But this change takes work. You’ve got to cleanse and clear your body. And you MUST be present and aware of your thoughts at all times.

My programs and insights come from 20 plus years of Spiritual Soul Searching. I’ve traveled and studied with shamans & gurus and eastern & western teachers and mentors. I’ve buried my head in hundreds of books, I’ve taken a slew of courses and attended workshops and retreats. I’ve shared my learnings with others and NOW, I want to share these tools and systems with you.

Honestly, I wish I had a place like this to come to when I was soul searching.

Lucky you! Because SHINE YOUR LIGHT will give you the tools you need to get on your path and live YOUR dream.

Together we will cleans and clear the stuff that’s bogging you down.

We will sculpt and align your body and mind so you can soar and reach new heights.

This stuff is super transformational!
Get ready to SHINE YOUR LIGHT!

Light & Love,
