Namaste,

Greetings from my magical fairy earth hut in the forests of Pai Thailand. I’ve been relaxing and meditating out here for a little over a week. Prior to that I was studying Eastern healing techniques and releasing karma at Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai.

I’ve been studying and teaching yoga for over a decade and learned much about Hindu and Sikh philosophies. And now, since staying at the temple, I’m learning about Buddhism. Since many of my friends asked me about my experience, I made a quick video on my YouTube channel sharing the teachings about Karma given to me by the temple. I hear the word Karma used a lot. But what does it really mean? Now this discussion can go on for a long time and we can dive in deep into the meaning of karma. But here’s a little 101 on the basic meaning.

I’ll be sharing spiritual tools and tips here on Shine Your Light as I journey across the globe to the core of the soul.  Sign up if you want to be inspired. And share this post with someone who you feel might resonate with it.

Now let’s hear from you. Many of you are on the same journey and can offer insite. Tell us how you would describe karma in the comments below. As always, be kind and let the light shine.

If you would like to journey with me on a magical, tropical island in Thailand, I’ll be hosting my next Sacred Healing and Meditation Retreat on January 29, 2018. All the details can be found at https://jewelsbertrand.com/retreat/

Have a blessed day.
